His practice is focused on real estate development projects, covering residential, commercial and mixed-use schemes.

Joshua works with institutional investors, landowners, housebuilders and developers across the transaction lifecycle. He advises on transaction structuring, through contract drafting and negotiation, due diligence, completion and into asset management.

He has experience leading on forward funding and forward purchase acquisitions, as well as joint ventures created to deliver masterplan regeneration. He has also worked on development financing transactions for lenders and borrowers, as well as investment transactions.
