Helping you succeed in tomorrow’s world

In my role as Chief Transformation and Technology Officer, I focus on building the technological and organisational capabilities that will support Osborne Clarke’s ambition to succeed in a rapidly changing legal market. This includes shaping our long-term technology direction, strengthening our data and AI foundations, and evolving our operational model to deliver consistent, efficient and modern services across the international firm.

My approach is grounded in collaboration and clarity of purpose. I work closely with colleagues across legal practices, business services and international leadership teams to understand the challenges they face and translate those into sustainable, practical solutions. I believe transformation works best when people and technology move forward together, supported by clear governance, thoughtful design and a culture that encourages experimentation and continuous improvement.

My priority is to create an environment where our teams are equipped to meet client expectations today while being ready for the opportunities and demands of tomorrow. By connecting strategy, technology and operational excellence, I aim to help drive the firm’s long-term success and ensure Osborne Clarke remains a forward-looking, innovative and internationally connected law firm.
