Jacqueline Bieg advises and represents companies in all civil law matters, primarily in the context of insolvency and restructuring.

In addition to advising creditors, shareholders, investors and managers, she specialises in the judicial and extrajudicial enforcement of economic and legal interests. Her experience includes work for leading national, international and multinational medium-sized companies and groups.

Jacqueline studied law at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich.

Before joining Osborne Clarke, she worked in the corporate law department of a major international law firm.
