Henry sits in Osborne Clarke's commercial disputes team and has a particular focus on media and information related disputes.
Alongside a varied commercial disputes practice, Henry advises clients on all manner of information law issues, including data protection, breach of confidence, defamation and privacy. He also regularly advises clients on responding to cyber incidents and the consequential regulatory obligations.
Henry is a key member of Osborne Clarke's reputation management team. He is ranked in the 2023 Spear's Reputation Index of the best reputation lawyers, and regularly advises companies and their leaders on dealing with adverse media and other reputational issues. He has a particular interest in advising clients on their response to crisis situations.
