My role at Osborne Clarke

I am the Human Resources Director at Osborne Clarke Spain. I lead the People strategy at national level, including talent management, professional development, compensation and benefits, and culture, wellbeing and diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives. I am responsible for ensuring that our HR policies, processes and structures are aligned with the firm’s global strategy and support its sustainable growth, client service excellence and the overall people experience.

My career has developed mainly in international law firms and high-demand corporate environments, in People & Culture and talent management roles. Before joining Osborne Clarke, I was People Director in the tourism sector and previously held senior selection and talent development positions in a leading law firm, which has given me deep insight into the dynamics of complex, results-oriented organisations.

I have led projects to design and implement comprehensive talent strategies, modernise HR processes, strengthen employer branding and build high-performance cultures focused on wellbeing and people engagement. With a background in psychology and a data-driven mindset, my goal is to connect the people function with business objectives and continue driving cultural transformation and operational excellence at Osborne Clarke Spain.
