Over many years, she has advised banks, financial institutions, investors and borrowers across the entire project lifecycle – from development through construction and operation to refinancings and restructurings, including KfW-backed financings. Recently, she advised on one of the largest German onshore wind projects as well as several onshore wind and PV transactions in Northern and Southern Europe.

She has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating loan, intercreditor and security agreements in international contexts. Her corporate background enables her to bridge legal and commercial perspectives, particularly in Energy M&A transactions.
