Frédéric Paque

Frédéric is a Senior Associate in the Commercial team in Brussels.

Frédéric joined Osborne Clarke Brussels in October 2024 and specializes in assisting and representing corporate clients, notably within the Retail and Pharmaceutical sectors.

He is a driven and enthusiastic lawyer who particularly enjoys being in direct contact with clients.

Although Frédéric has a particular affinity for commercial contracts (commercial distribution and franchising, commercial leases, etc.), his expertise also ranges towards real estate, insolvency proceedings and labour law.

Admitted to the Brussels Bar in 2016, Frédéric acquired solid experience both as a legal advisor and litigator in a Belgian Business law firm, before he joined Osborne Clarke.

Frédéric holds an LL.M. in International and European Business Law from Trinity College, Dublin.
