Falk Reuter is a lawyer for information technology (IT) advising both national and international clients. He specialized in the field of open-source software (OSS) compliance, providing his clients with guidance in implementing respective compliance processes and in IT contract law.

Falk’s focus is on advising clients in the Automotive as well as the Tech, Media and Comms sector with respect to all matters of information technology law. Within that area, Falk has in-depth knowledge in the field open-source software (OSS) compliance.

Before joining Osborne Clarke in 2026 as Senior Associate, Falk spent four of his five years as lawyer in a boutique law firm for IT law. In this context he spent one year as secondee at a German car manufacturer, where he supported the development and introduction of an open-source compliance tool and negotiated IT contracts with suppliers.
