Evie Mulberry

Evie is a Senior Associate in our Financial Institutions Group working in the investment funds team, and specialising in advising asset managers and investors.

Evie has a particular focus on alternative investment funds, including private equity and venture capital. She advises both new and established managers, as well as institutional investors.

Evie joined Osborne Clarke in September 2025. Prior to Osborne Clarke, Evie was most recently a managing partner at Astia, a US-based, early-stage venture capital fund. Evie trained and qualified at Osborne Clarke, leaving in 2008 when she moved to the United States.

Having had the benefit of operating as a partner of an investment fund, I have acute, first-hand experience of the issues that matter most to fund managers, as well as exposure to the perspective of fund investors, institutional and otherwise. I use this experience to our clients' advantage by providing commercial, strategic advice.
