Emma is a Senior Associate in The Built Environment team with experience across a broad range of commercial real estate matters.
Emma advises on all aspects of commercial property including development projects, acquisitions and disposals, asset management and investment, landlord and tenant matters and real estate finance.
Emma has experience acting on behalf of property developers on large scale acquisitions and developments. Emma also acts on behalf of investor clients, based in the UK and internationally, in relation to acquisitions and disposals of properties within their portfolio along with management of their properties.
Emma joined Osborne Clarke in early 2020 from Ashurst in London, having trained and qualified there in 2017.
