Emma Collignon is a senior lawyer practising commercial law.

She advises French and international clients on all their economic law issues, adopting both a strategic and operational approach. She has developed particular expertise in distribution networks (franchise, licence, etc.), retail and related matters.

She works on complex and often cross‑disciplinary cases, which may involve, for example, the establishment of networks, contractual structuring, or issues relating to unfair competition and the termination of commercial relationships.

In litigation, Emma supports clients before both state courts and arbitral tribunals.

Emma holds a Master 2 in Business and Corporate Law (2015–2016), a Diplôme de Juriste Conseil d’Entreprise (DJCE) and a Certificate of Specialised Studies in Economic Law.
