Elias Wiglinghoff advises national and international companies on a broad range of commercial and distribution law matters, including related antitrust and competition issues. He focuses on advising companies in the Automotive sector.

Elias specializes in drafting commercial contracts as well as their processing and represents his clients in disputes in and out of court.

Elias studied Law in Cologne and Lisbon. During his legal traineeship, he worked for an international law firm, the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action and a renowned media company.
