Dr Duygu Üge
Duygu advises national and international companies and associations as well as globally operating cooperations on copyright, trade mark, design and unfair competition law. Another focus of her practice lies in data law. She advises here in particular in the implementation of the requirements of the Data Act.
In addition to her work as a lawyer, Duygu lectures on intellectual property law at the Technische Universität Berlin. Before joining Osborne Clarke, she worked in a Berlin-based boutique law firm specialising in intellectual property and IT law.
Duygu studied law at Humboldt Universität zu Berlin and Bahçeşehir University in Istanbul. She obtained her doctorate in data law from Freie Universität Berlin.
The IP Stars by Managing IP lists Duygu as a Rising Star for 2024 and 2025. The trade journal Handelsblatt, in cooperation with Best Lawyers lists Duygu for 2024 and 2025 in the field of intellectual property law in the category “Ones to Watch”.
