Claudio studied law at the University of Tübingen and the University of Freiburg i.Br. He wrote his doctoral thesis on artificial intelligence and corporate governance with Prof. Dr. Jan Lieder, LL.M. (Harvard). During his doctoral thesis, he worked as a research assistant in a commercial law firm specialising in renewable energies. Before he joined Osborne Clarke, he worked as a law clerk at the Higher Regional Court of Munich, as a research assistant in the Mergers & Acquisitions department of a major international law firm and in the legal department of an automotive group. He is also involved in digitalisation as an alumnus and former local director of a leading young initiative for the digitalisation of the legal sector.
