Claudio advises national and international companies on IT contract law, e-commerce law, copyright law and data protection law. He specialises on the use of artificial intelligence.

Claudio provides cross-border advice with a focus on companies from the technology, media and communications and retail sectors. He provides assistance on all IT law issues and digitalisation strategies. In particular, he advises on IT contract law, copyright law, data protection law and the use of artificial intelligence.

Claudio studied law at the University of Tübingen and the University of Freiburg i.Br. He wrote his doctoral thesis on artificial intelligence and corporate governance with Prof. Dr. Jan Lieder, LL.M. (Harvard). During his doctoral thesis, he worked as a research assistant in a commercial law firm specialising in renewable energies. Before he joined Osborne Clarke, he worked as a law clerk at the Higher Regional Court of Munich, as a research assistant in the Mergers & Acquisitions department of a major international law firm and in the legal department of an automotive group. He is also involved in digitalisation as an alumnus and former local director of a leading young initiative for the digitalisation of the legal sector.
