Helping you succeed in tomorrow's world

I represent Osborne Clarke's pensions practice on the firm's Decarbonisation group. I am particularly interested in pension fund trustees' evolving legal duties concerning Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) investment considerations. I presented a paper on ESG and its emergence in the LGPS at the APL's 2017 annual conference.
