Dan is an Associate Director in the Commercial team.
He provides advice to both domestic and international clients and has particular experience advising on distribution, agency, manufacturing and supply chain arrangements; IT and outsourcing projects; sponsorship, advertising and consumer law issues as well as the protection and exploitation of intellectual property rights.
Dan has spent time on secondment with private hospital operator, Spire Healthcare Group PLC, and has provided on-site support to the London office of one of the world's largest banking groups.
Dan trained at a City firm and qualified in 2015. He joined Osborne Clarke in 2020.
