Daisy is an Associate Director in Osborne Clarke’s London commercial team and advises on a range of commercial issues, primarily in the Tech, Media and Comms and Financial Services sectors.
She provides clients with specialist advice on a range of commercial issues including commercial and e-commerce agreements, technology projects, outsourcing, data protection, and licensing of intellectual property rights.
Daisy has spent time on secondment at KPMG, working with their in-house legal team on numerous engagements for the provision of professional services with both public and private entities.
Daisy has also been seconded to L’Oreal working with their in-house legal team on promotions and marketing.
Daisy is a regular contributor to the firm’s marketinglaw.co.uk blog and her articles have been published externally in data protection and computing journals.
She obtained the CIPP/E accreditation in European privacy law and practice from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) in November 2015.
Daisy trained at Osborne Clarke and qualified in September 2014.
