Clara Anzalone

Clara advises clients across the full spectrum of corporate matters, with a particular focus on real estate transactions and commercial leasing. 

Clara's work includes assisting with acquisitions and disposals of property-holding companies, preparing and negotiating commercial lease agreements and related documents and coordinating due diligence. Clara also assist with wider corporate work such as governance and commercial contracts.

Clara holds a LL.M. from Lund University.
