After working in digital regulation for over a decade, I’ve developed a thorough understanding of the general regulatory framework, its key themes and principles, and different approaches to compliance.
Having completed almost 10 client secondments, I genuinely appreciate the challenges faced by in-house counsel and the need to balance legal compliance with commercial reality. My goal is to always give clear, concise and practical advice that is useful.
