Charline Bihr is a Senior Associate in Osborne Clarke’s Commercial law team.

She advises French and international companies on distribution law, franchising and commercial contracts, acting in both advisory and litigation matters. She assists businesses at every stage of the creation, structuring and development of distribution and franchise networks, both in France and internationally.

She also handles commercial litigation, particularly matters involving unfair competition, and assists French and foreign companies in resolving their disputes, through settlement negotiations and before state and arbitration courts. 

Charline holds a Master’s degree (Master 2) of International Business Law from the University of Montpellier and was admitted to the Lyon Bar in 2020.
