Caterina advises on Technology law, telecommunications, cybersecurity and data protection, and, more broadly, on legal matters related to new technologies.

She advises Italian and international clients on key regulatory aspects of technology law. Her work focuses on providing assistance with compliance with the sector-specific regulations applicable to digital platforms, electronic communications services, digital services, e-commerce and online advertising.

In this context, Caterina assists clients in analysing the applicable regulatory requirements, drafting legal opinions, specialised contracts, internal policies and compliance procedures, as well as managing relations with regulatory and supervisory authorities.

Caterina also supports clients on cybersecurity and data protection matters, assisting them in complying with the current regulatory framework and managing the risk profiles.
