Ben is an Associate in our Commercial team, based in Bristol.

He advises clients on a broad range of commercial matters, with a particular focus on the Technology, Media and Communications and Mobility and Infrastructure sectors. Ben has experience in drafting and supporting the negotiation of complex commercial agreements, advising on licensing arrangements, and providing commercial support for corporate transactions.

Ben has completed a secondment at OC Solutions, where he supported the testing and evaluation of predictive and generative AI models for a range of legal use cases across the firm, helping to develop innovative technology-enabled solutions for both clients and internal teams.

Ben joined Osborne Clarke as a Paralegal in July 2021 and qualified as an Associate in July 2024.
