Becky Blackman

Becky is a Senior Associate in the corporate team and advises on a wide range of corporate matters including M&A and general corporate advisory work. 

Her transactional experience includes acting on domestic and cross-border acquisitions, disposals and joint ventures.

She has particular interest in the Built Environment and Energy & Energy Transition sectors.
Becky read law at the University of Bristol. She trained and qualified at Osborne Clarke, and also has just under two years' experience practicing corporate law in the UAE.
