Bastien Girard Nkouikani is an Associate in Osborne Clarke’s Competition & Commercial team. 

He advises French and international clients on commercial law, distribution and franchise law, competition law, and commercial litigation.

His practice focuses on the structuring and operation of distribution networks, including franchise, selective and exclusive distribution, commercial contracts and unfair competition issues. He also assists clients in complex commercial disputes, the termination of commercial relationships, insolvency-related matters and business crime proceedings.
