Bartosz is an advocate-trainee specialising in advising entities in the energy sector, with a particular focus on the renewable energy industry (RES).

Bartosz advises investors in the RES sector on matters related to the project development process, with an emphasis on regulatory aspects concerning grid connection and participation in support schemes for RES.

Bartosz also has experience in transactional advisory within the energy sector. He supports clients in transactions involving the acquisition and financing of RES projects. He prepares due diligence reports for photovoltaic installations, wind farms, and energy storage facilities. He also provides advice on issues related to the functioning of the capacity market.

Selected experience:

VSB Group - advising on the sale of rights to the 190 MW Miejska Górka wind farm project to TAURON Zielona Energia.

Exus Renewables - advising on the start-up of operations in Poland and the acquisition of a portfolio of two wind farms with a total capacity of 53 MW.

Financing Institution - advising on the financing of 72 photovoltaic projects with a total installed capacity of approx. 72 MW.

Foreign Investor - advising on the sale of rights to a wind farm project with a total installed capacity in excess of 0.5 GW.
