Arthur Mendegris is a Senior Associate in Osborne Clarke’s Investment Funds team, based in Luxembourg. He advises clients on the formation, structuring and ongoing management of regulated and unregulated investment funds, with a particular focus on real estate, venture capital, private equity and private debt strategies. Arthur also has experience advising on Luxembourg tax considerations relevant to fund structuring.
Before joining Osborne Clarke in 2026, Arthur gained experience in Luxembourg in the international tax department of a Big Four firm and in the investment funds team of a leading offshore law firm.
Arthur holds a master’s degree in international taxation from SKEMA Business School. He is a Luxembourg-qualified lawyer and was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in December 2023.
