He assists domestic and international cross multiple areas of technology law, including consumer protection, privacy and personal data protection, digital marketing and advertising, prize promotions, information technology, commercial contracts, e-commerce, telecommunications and audiovisual media services.
He supports start-ups, small and medium sized enterprises in their digital transformation processes, research and development activities and regulatory compliance.
Andrea has accrued experience in secondments, working with the legal departments of leading organisations, including an Italian multinational active in the AI and IT sectors and a global social network platform.
