Ana is an IP litigator with a focus on cases of a multi-jurisdictional character. She has been involved in some of the most relevant patent disputes and IP matters being discussed before the Spanish courts in recent years. 

Ana advises and represents clients, leaders in their respective sectors (TMT, Life Sciences and automotive, in particular), in all aspects of IP including patents, trademarks, unfair competition & trade secrets and copyrights.

Her practice focusses on both assertion of IP rights and defense against infringement claims including pre-litigation strategy and advice. She acts regularly before the most reputed IP courts in Spain and has been recognized as a leading professional in the field of patents and trademarks by the most important legal directories (Chambers -Top ranked-, Legal 500, Managing Intellectual Property -Patent star and Trademark star).
