Amy Hopkins

Amy is an associate in our Intellectual Property Disputes team, based in London. She advises on a broad range of intellectual property issues with a focus on patent disputes and licensing in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries.

Amy trained at Osborne Clarke and qualified in September 2025. As part of her training, she spent six months on secondment at BioNTech SE where she worked as part of the transactions team supporting with negotiating licensing and collaboration agreements.

Amy holds a First-Class Honours degree in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Manchester and has a particular interest in the Life Science and Healthcare sector.
