Alisa Schwab advises national and international companies such as leading online platforms, content providers, game developers and game publishers on German and European digital regulation.
She focuses on platform regulation, e-commerce and consumer law. Alisa advises national and international clients on the launch of new digital services and assists them in ensuring that their products comply with the constantly changing European and national requirements.
Alisa studied law in Bonn (Germany) and Cape Town (South Africa), specialising in international business law. She then completed an LL.M. in International Technology Law at the Free University of Amsterdam. During her legal traineeship, Alisa worked at the German Federal Ministry of Finance, the German Embassy in Bangkok and a commercial law firm specialising in IT/IP law.
