Alice Herbreteau

Alice is an associate in the Restructuring team at Osborne Clarke in Paris.

She advises and represents clients in both pre‑insolvency situations and formal insolvency proceedings, in advisory and contentious matters, acting for debtors, shareholders, creditors, purchasers, directors facing liability claims, as well as court‑appointed insolvency practitioners.

Before joining Osborne Clarke, Alice spent nearly two years in the restructuring team of a French law firm.

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2024, Alice holds a Master’s degree in Contract, Property and Liability Law from Université Paris 1 Panthéon‑Sorbonne and an LL.M. in Private and Business Law from the University of Brisbane.
