Alex is a Senior Associate based in the Commercial team with 6 years PQE. He primarily advises clients in the retail, technology and media sectors on various commercial, consumer and data protection issues.
Alex has worked with a range of businesses from start-ups to major blue chip companies. Recent career highlights include advising a health testing technology service provider on the commercial and data protection aspects of its Covid 19 testing services being provided to the DHSC, providing consumer regulatory advice to a leading multinational technology company, providing data protection advice to a major UK newspaper group and providing commercial and data protection support to the IT team at a major high street retail institution. Alex has previously been seconded to a "big four" supermarkets and a major telecoms company. Having qualified at DWF in 2015, Alex moved to the commercial technology team at Ashfords in 2017 and joined Osborne Clarke in 2019.
