Aleksandra specialises in new technology law, focusing her practice on the implementation of complex projects related to artificial intelligence and IT. She advises on matters related to intellectual property and contracts involving the creation and implementation of IT systems and AI-based solutions. She assists clients in ensuring regulatory compliance with the AI Act, combining legal requirements with practical business solutions.
Aleksandra has experience in providing legal services to companies in the financial, technology, and healthcare sectors. She is the author of specialist publications on the legal aspects of artificial intelligence and conducts training on the AI Act and EHDS regulation for legal teams, business teams, and employees.
As a graduate of two fields of study at the Jagiellonian University – law and intellectual property law and new media – she has received numerous academic awards, including four scholarships for the best students. Her academic work on artificial intelligence in the context of copyright law was awarded by the Minister of Science.
