Agnieszka Choromańska-Malicka
Agnieszka is a qualified Polish advocate with broad experience in e-commerce, advertising and digital regulation, gained at leading law firms and in-house at a global consumer brand. She aims to understand each matter in depth and turn that into practical advice that supports her clients' business goals.
She advises retailers, online platforms and consumer brands on everything that comes with selling online: contracts and terms of sale, marketplace launches, advertising and influencer campaigns, consumer protection and EU digital regulation. Product law is a particular strength — food and cosmetics requirements, labelling, health claims and dealings with regulators — alongside intellectual property and unfair competition disputes. Several years in-house, including leading legal support for a global beauty brand across Europe, have helped her understand business priorities from the client's perspective.
I enjoy working with businesses that are building something new, and technology is almost always part of it. In a complex project with many moving parts and real-time pressure, leading it well matters as much as the legal analysis itself — which is why I develop my project management and leadership skills. Alongside my own development, I support women lawyers at earlier stages of their careers, including through mentoring programmes.
