Agata Władzińska
Agata Władzińska is an attorney-at-law in Osborne Clarke’s Competition, Antitrust and Trade team. She advises clients on a broad range of competition, consumer protection, commercial, regulatory and corporate matters, with particular experience in the competition law aspects of mergers and acquisitions, horizontal and vertical arrangements, abuse of dominance, unfair competition and consumer law and product compliance.
Agata regularly advises and represents clients before EU and national authorities, including the European Commission and the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, in a wide range of competition and consumer protection cases.
She assists businesses in designing and structuring transactions and commercial arrangements to minimise merger control and antitrust risks, with particular focus on competition law policies and distribution models. She also supports clients during authorities’ inspections and dawn raids.
Agata’s experience further includes advising on consumer and product compliance, including drafting and revising consumer-facing terms and conditions, reviewing marketing and promotional activities and advising on product regulatory requirements. She has extensive experience in general commercial contracts and acts for clients across a range of sectors, with a particular focus on retail, FMCG and e‑commerce.
