Adam Prokop

Adam specialises in technology law, with a particular focus on data protection and artificial intelligence.

He advises Polish and international clients on technology law, compliance with data protection and AI regulations, and the broader legal requirements governing the use of data.

He has extensive experience in developing data protection management systems, drafting and negotiating IT contracts, and preparing privacy policies, procedures and risk assessments. He also supports clients in establishing AI governance frameworks, including rules for developing and using AI tools in line with regulatory requirements. He has worked on complex projects and transactions, including those involving international transfers of personal data, as well as proceedings and inspections conducted by the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office.

He advises clients across a range of sectors, including banking, technology, e-commerce and healthcare.

Adam holds a law degree from the University of Wrocław and has completed postgraduate studies in “Intellectual Property Law: Technology, Media and Communication” at the Jagiellonian University. He is the author of publications on data protection.

He holds the CIPP/E (Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe) certification awarded by the IAPP (International Association of Privacy Professionals).
