Onshore Wind Seminar

Winds of Change: Consenting onshore wind in the new landscape
We'd be delighted for you to join us for an onshore wind seminar followed by networking drinks at our Bristol office hosted by Osborne Clarke's Planning team. The seminar will include a range of expert panellists covering key topics for onshore wind, including:
- Community and stakeholder engagement - Sam Cranston and Lisa Childs from Copper Consultancy;
- Noise and constraints - Matthew Cand from Hoare Lea;
- Landscape and consenting - Andrew Cook from Pegasus Group;
- Radar impacts and mitigations - Adam Parkinson from Egis.
This session will reveal the steps being taken by the government to make more land available for onshore wind. We will discuss the de-regulation of the planning system and provide tools to identify opportunities for new onshore wind and repowering for the additional 15GW of generation by 2030.
The discussion will be of value to developers, asset managers and consultants in the renewable sector, with opportunity for Q&A and discussion.
We look forward to seeing you for insightful conversation, networking, and some delicious nibbles and drinks. You can register and download to your calendar using the button below.
