Eating Compliance for Breakfast | Green Agreements Guidance – Updates from the UK competition regulator

The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has provided new guidance on a collective agreement between the WWF and leading UK supermarkets that aims to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in grocery supply chains. In this session Rob Camm and Marc Shrimpling will discuss green agreements, collaboration initiatives with competitors and how future projects can make use of the competition law exemptions in the Green Agreements Guidance.
