At Osborne Clarke we pride ourselves on our inclusive culture. In wider society, inclusion is not always a given and prejudice against the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans and Queer community still exists. Our focus is to ensure that everyone can bring their whole self to work and feel that they belong.
We ranked 16th in the legal sector in the 2021 Stonewall Index and received a silver award for our commitment and efforts to become an LGBTQ+ employer.
OC Pride are the voice of the LGBTQ+ community within Osborne Clarke, raising awareness and addressing issues related to LGBTQ+ inclusivity.
They work with the firm to understand the support that our people need and collaborate with a number of our clients.
I've always felt that Osborne Clarke has been a really open place. It's a safe space for me to express myself and talk about being bisexual, talk about anything and everything under the sun
