The challenge

For a number of years, Osborne Clarke has provided outsourced international general counsel services to the Somerville Massachusetts based cyber threat provider to manage their wide-ranging international legal issues.  With operations across four continents and a small legal team at the company's headquarters, Recorded Future turned to Osborne Clarke's New York team to act as their international general counsel to advise on all overseas legal issues as they arose.

Our solution

The US team provided in time zone guidance and managed advice from legal counsel across the globe.  Advice ranged across a wide range of legal issues and jurisdictions including: corporate structuring advice in Sweden, cyber threat regulatory advice in Australia, employment issues in Japan and commercial advice in Singapore.
