The ideal candidate

We are looking for Junior Associate lawyer to join the Corporate team who: 

  • Has 1–3 years’ experience in corporate law, including M&A, venture capital/private equity, fundraisings and equity capital markets, reorganisations and cross‑border restructurings, and general corporate advisory, finance and governance.
  • Is a native French (or Dutch) speaker with good command of the other national language, and with an excellent knowledge of English. 
  • Possesses a Belgian law degree with excellent academic results from a Belgian university an additional LLM in English is a strong plus.
  • Is a true team player, with an international mindset. 
  • Is rigorous, precise, pro-active, eager to learn, highly motivated and pragmatic. 
  • Has outstanding oral and written communications skills.
