Description

AI is changing how law gets done, and at OC you'll be at the centre of it. This role is in the engine room of the firm's International AI programme. You'll keep the AI Management Board and its Business, Tech and Risk & Compliance streams moving from discussion to delivery, turning decisions into action and making sure momentum never stalls between meetings.

You'll be part of the firm's front door for all things AI: owning the AI mailbox, fielding enquiries from colleagues and clients, spotting patterns and routing requests to the right people fast. You'll run the reviews that decide which AI products and projects get the green light, and you'll help win and keep client trust by leading our responses to AI due diligence questionnaires and engagement requirements.

And you'll help build something of our own. OC-GPT is the firm's in-house AI platform, and you'll facilitate (and, when needed, project manage) its continuous evolution, working with lawyers, technologists and risk specialists to make it smarter, safer and more useful with every release.

If you thrive on bringing structure to fast-moving work, connecting people across disciplines, and watching ideas become tools people actually use, this is the seat to be in.

Key role responsibilities

Fielding requests to the appropriate audience and ensuring messages are received and tracking responses/follow-on actions

  • Facilitating the review of product and new AI project requests, through working with the appropriate SMEs to seek approval (or rejection) to proceed

  • AI Client DDQ/engagement facilitation: work with SMEs to review and answer client/industry questionnaires including client DDQs (Due-diligence questionnaires).

    OCT-GPT:

  • Managing and supporting the quarterly release cycle of enhancements and updates to OC's AI solution, OC-GPT. This includes working closely with the IT Software Engineering Team (ITSE).
