The Business Administration apprenticeship is a brilliant opportunity to gain experience of working in a leading international legal practice while studying for a Level 2 Diploma in Business Administration.

Run in conjunction with Weston College, the apprenticeship takes between 12–15 months to complete and is offered in our IT, HR and Marketing departments. Throughout your apprenticeship you will study a range of units tailored to the team you're working in, which could include topics such as communicating in a business environment, producing business documents or spreadsheet software. You will receive support and guidance from us throughout your whole apprenticeship. You will have a dedicated line manager and the support of your team to help you settle into life at Osborne Clarke. This is underpinned by our award-winning HR and career development programme.

You will also be allocated to an 'Assessor' at Weston College, whose role is to act as your point of contact at the College and to support you and monitor your progress. Your Assessor will meet with you for both formal and general reviews every two months and will assist you with the compilation of your portfolio and help you to identify how that evidence links to the knowledge, skills and behaviours required by the Business Administration apprenticeship standard. Please note that while we partner with Weston College for this apprenticeship you will not be required to travel to the college, with the exception of an induction and completion day.
