Osborne Clarke advised BayernLB on a €46.5 million loan granted to Alno S.r.l.

The international law firm Osborne Clarke advised BayernLB, in its capacity as Original Lender, on a financing transaction totalling €46,500,000 granted to ALNO S.r.l – advised by the international law firm Gianni & Origoni – to finance a new logistics complex.

The beneficiary company is part of the AKNO Group, a leader in the development and management of diversified projects across many asset classes within the property sector.

Osborne Clarke advised BayernLB on the financing transaction through a team led by partner Andrea Pinto, Head of Financial Services, supported by associates Alessandro Generali and Alessia Inguscio.
