Doctolib SA (“Doctolib”) – French “Unicorn” leader on the European market for digital health – announces its acquisition, through its subsidiary Doctolib S.r.l, of Dottori.it S.r.l (“dottori.it”).

Via its platform, dottori.it has, since 2013, served patients, doctors and healthcare organisations, allowing the online booking of diagnostic and laboratory tests, and offering online video consultations directly as part of its tool.

Osborne Clarke, with  a team led by partner Giuliano Lanzavecchia, advised the sellers (including Immobiliare.it and other businesses and investors) in the management of all the legal aspects of the transaction.

Doctolib was advised by Bird&Bird on all aspects relating to the structuring and negotiation of the legal aspects of the transaction. New Deal Advisors worked alongside Doctolib’s M&A team as financial advisor.
