International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised the shareholders of Connect Assist Limited on the sale of the business to Maximus UK Services Limited. Connect Assist is a specialist outsourced omni-channel contact centre business, with a particular focus on the charity and public sectors. They are the market leader in delivering positive customer outcomes for public sector, charity and socially-focussed organisations, using an empathetic human approach, backed up with complex technology.

Maximus UK is one of the largest providers of employment, health and disability support programmes in the country. The combination of the two businesses will allow the team to deliver their specialist services to a wider range of clients. Connect Assist is led by Managing Director Ron Moody, who remains with the business to continue leading the team forward.
