ProntoPro, a marketplace for professional services, has completed a business combination with Armut, a leading Turkish company operating in the same sector, while raising new resources from its investors. The new group will operate in 14 different countries and will see the experience, knowledge and technology developed to date by the two brands merged into a single entity. 

Osborne Clarke advised ProntoPro and its shareholders throughout the various phases of the transaction with an international team (Italy-Amsterdam) led by partner Giuliano Lanzavecchia, advising on contractual and corporate matters together with partner Geoffrey Beurskens, and for notarial aspects together with partner Cars-Jan van Gool and associate Eveline Leijen.
