International legal practice Osborne Clarke has acted as exclusive legal advisers to Goodstuff Communications on its acquisition by the Stagwell Group.
The project team was led by Associate Director Jonathan Crowley and Partner Tim Birt, both of whom are members of Osborne Clarke's specialist marketing communications and digital services transactions group.
