Heiko Petzold has joined the Real Estate team of international law firm Osborne Clarke as a partner on 1 October 2021.

Heiko Petzold is one of the founding partners of Jebens Mensching, a boutique firm specialising in real estate transactions and real estate finance, and an experienced partner in advising national as well as international investors, banks and project developers. His advisory focus includes real estate and portfolio transactions as well as project developments. He also advises investors and banks on real estate financing and restructuring.

Heiko Petzold will further expand the advisory focus on real estate transactions in the existing Real Estate team at the Cologne and Hamburg offices and contribute his expertise in real estate financing in interaction with the Finance division.
