Vinciane Rysselinck
Vinciane Rysselinck is a Senior Counsel in Osborne Clarke’s Brussels employment team with almost 25 years’ experience, recognised by Legal 500 for her open-minded, creative approach, responsiveness, reliability and commercial mindset.
She focuses on labour aspects of company takeovers and downsizings, cross-border employment, including business immigration requirements, and social security, labour disputes before Belgian courts, and senior executive appointments and dismissals, often coordinating cross-service and multi-jurisdictional projects and advising on developments like "remote work from anywhere".
With strong sector expertise in Retail and Fashion— including recognition for advising luxury brands— she completed coursework at the International Fashion Academy Paris on Fashion & Luxury Business.
Vinciane was a founding member of OC Belgium in 2013, is a member of EELA and the Belgian Employment Lawyers’ Association and regularly delivers client training and speaks at Belgian and international employment conferences.
Assisting Eurostar's management with the ongoing restructuring of their operations in the EU and the UK over the past months. Additionally, we have continuously provided Eurostar with immigration advisory services on cross-border employment, employee transfers, and secondments in the post-Brexit era, involving senior management and executive staff from SNCF and Thalys in the EU to Eurostar in the UK, and vice versa.
